Vizards Guns And Ammo

I read reviews here between ordering from Vizard and going to pickup the firearm and got really concerned. They didn't list a tracking number on their site so was also was even more concerning because it was an expensive 2011. Call my FFL and they had what I ordered. I just picked it up and it appears they are a drop ship company more than a stocking/selling. My experience was good. The only reason they don't get 5/5 for all is because they didn't communicate any kind of tracking number. Pricing/Product was all good - ordered on 3/11, I think it shipped on 3/12 and I picked up on 3/17.

STAY AWAY!!! Their prices are typically less than other retailers however your time and risk of losing your money and not receiving your shipment outweighs the potential to save some money. Don't expect to have a pleasant customer service either. Do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable company.

Order placed on 19th and received on 23rd, despite notice on website that some orders are taking 10 business days to ship. Maybe the stars aligned as to logistics, but this is impressive for my first transaction. In addition, Vizards automatically supplied a BuySafe guarantee...this was reassuring. With respect to my transaction, it was handled professionally with prompt communication & fast, cost-effective flat-rate delivery. Vizards Terms & Conditions (all sales final) and reports from customers who apparently made errors did raise a concern for me; and prompted me to be diligent in not making product, address or CC mistakes. Ammo price was discounted with respect to the current market...so I got a great deal. I have just placed my second order and have no reason to expect other than another satisfactory transaction.

ordered ammo at good price. they cancelled the order and did not have the ammo when I called them. they are horrible to deal with and offered no help.

This company is a online scam! They will present as if they have product and will never ship. They will steel your money! Check Yelp or BBB or any review on this company. I wish I had before purchasing. Dont be fooled like I was. Stay away from this company!

My order was cancelled without them notifying me at all. They told me to look in my spam folder and there was not an email there. Plus, the product was sold out from under me before i could purchase again. It seems very much like a scam.
