Well, I purchased $1500 worth of 375 raptor ammunition, 250 grain bullets for hunting in Alaska. They used cheap Lee dies for reloading it. As a result, it would not load in my Ar 10 platform to Rifle. It really took a while to figure out what the problem was. It was the shoulder of the round it was not crisp enough. Those bullets, jammed and jammed and jammed in my chamber. My buddy Ray had to resize every round i used in Alaska. I even tried two different Mos-TEC barrels. ( thank you Arron at Mos-Tec)
When I contacted TNT Munitions and talked to Thomas, I got told that everybody knows you need to buy a few rounds first shoot them to make sure they work in your rifle. Its a wildcat cartridge. I said if you build these cartridges to spec they would work. He refused to refund my money and offered me an in-store credit. No thankyou dude Ill reload these ****ers myself. Buyer beware. Not exactly stellar customer service. TNT Munitions can look forward to a letter from Better Business Bureau. Customer service is the key to a successful business. Its nonexistent here.
I wouldn't recommend this retailer to a friend.
Contacted over a typo caused by my phone for my address I didn't see. Problem was fixed and order was ready to ship with in no time at all. Great service!
