what ever happened to customer service. i hear the customer is always right. if a company sends out a mass email for ammo on sale for 30-06 150gr. 200rd ammo can for $84.00. and said customer clicks on ad to purchase ,but .... wait for it.... bam !! 100rd can for $82.00. said customer contacts info@massammo.com , and said customer gets reply .(sorry for the misunderstanding,we can only fit 100rds. in a can).... put the other 100rds. in a f@#&%*G CARDBOARD BOX. and said customer gets another reply ,we cant seem to find a box it will fit in.. are you kidding me. can you not take ownership of a misprint? or is that your sales tactics/false advertisement? could you send out a email ad correction? or just keep the pitiful customer service rep in place a little longer? a company is as strong as its employees will allow it to be. it is common knowledge that Florida is famous for its sinkholes . just sayin, make sure you have a good foundation.

I just wanted to make you all aware. i use your site constantly. (thank you) I just bought ammo from a place that advertises all over your site massammo.com they offer free shipping on orders over $300.00. its a flat out lie i just ordered $456 worth of ammo from them. not only will there site not let you select anything but $9.99 flat rate shipping. when you try to contact them they never answer the phone. and after 4 emails they finally write back with "we changed our deal" its currently being falsely advertised on your website and theirs. if you would like supporting documentation i can provide the emails. please i ask dont let anyone else be fooled by the company advertising on your site. thank you

I have only placed one order with Mass Ammo for some Federal green tip. It was shipped out promptly via UPS. I had a little delivery issue with UPS, Mass Ammo did their job getting my ammo out the door quickly and was No fault of them. I received my green tip in good condition and it shoots awesome. In the future I will order Again and recommend to Mass Ammo to others, including You. :)
