I purchased two mags for a Glock I received them they were in terrible shape I went to use them they fell out of the receiver tried calling the company wouldn't answer the phone try to email them about the situation that I'd like to return them would not email me back I had to go to my bank and they went to them no response this is not a very good company to deal with especially on used items when they say they were quality imagine in a situation where I slipped that Megan and I needed it and it slipped right out think twice about doing business with these people email me anytime I will explain more to you

Got my shipment today 6 boxes short. I've emailed the twice and no response yet. Of course....no phone number. I've read other reviews most positive, I hope I can update this on that side soon. Otherwise complete ripoff and literally criminal!!!!

I will never recommend BuckingHorse. They don't stand behind faulty ammo. 3-4 misfires out of each mag. The gun was checked. Bought some from Walmart and shot flawlessly. They told me to send pic of ammo. I did and they told me they looked fine. Well they don't shoot fine. I'm stuck with 800 some bullets that are trash. Tell me how you can tell my ammo is fine by a picture? You can't. They will say anything so they don't have to replace. I'm not stupid they must think I am. They're a rip off. They just lost several good paying customers. All my friend and family order from them. Not anymore! I will spread the word on social media and any other place I can. Terrible Customer service! Why would I want to send them back if they worked? They are a redicoulous company. By the way I ordered cci22lr standard target. If you use this ammo go to Wal-Mart. It's 4.80 a box or order directly through cci. Who knows how much trash ammo they keep in stock. Stay away from them!

Order from this company if you want the best customer service around. I put the wrong address on my order form and never received it. I did not realize this until after tracking said it was delivered. Emailed BuckingHorse and they were happy to mail out another order after I explained my case. The point of this review is, even though it was my fault, they stayed on top of it with great communication and assistance until my order was received. Many thumbs up to all the folks there.

Good ammo at a great price (at least in the current market) and fast FREE shipping. The only flaw is you have to create an account before it will let you check out. Once you figure that out, everything goes smoothly.
