Ammo Hero

AVOID!! This vendor sent my package that did NOT arrive (clear in tracking by FEDEX). They only offered to refund me a little over half of the funds I paid for the order and said that is all that the courier would pay. They paid nothing to keep me as a customer or make me whole. I explained multiple times the issue. At first, the responses were quick and then I had to send multiple emails before getting this poor response. They clearly do NOT care about their customers or keeping them. They got their money but I did NOT get my ammo. NEVER AGAIN, Ammo ZERO!

Placed a bulk order with AH and they acknowledged it, then days later they emailed that their "compliance team" required a copy of my driver license to complete the order. I responded no, adding they could cnx the order. They advised me there'd be a 6% cnx fee and I responded they could fill the order w/o receiving a copy of my DL or cnx with no fee, and if they tried charging the fee I'd dispute the transaction with my card issuer. They agreed to fill the order then weeks passed while they waited to receive ammo from a supplier. Finally received the ammo 3 weeks after placing the order. Outer box was undamaged, inner box containing twenty 50-round boxed was split and held together with packing tape. Every 50-round box was damaged. Most aggravating ammo purchase I've ever made.

Placed a 2000 round order on a Tuesday and asked if they would send me a duplicate order at same price 2 days later they said no. I'd be concerned if shipping issues arise how are they making it right for the customer moving forward
