Was a great experence except they shipped with fedex and it took a week to get to me,that was on fedex

VERY BAD customer service. Had problem with CC no idea why. When i called was talked to like a dog. Maybe i put in wrong info but guy was NO help at all. Wanted to pay while i had him online "NO WAY" i was told. Had bought before from this place but i tell you NEVER AGAIN will i be talked to like i was by a totally no help customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. CS is an A$$HOLE>

Piss poor customer service and shipping. My son and ai placed orders last Friday, we both received confirmations and F d ex shipping numbers but the items still havent shipped a. Week later. It seems they pull labels and fedex ship numbers and then set in the items and never ship them. Just a way to buy time. If u call them u get bs excuses. I placed a order with Cdnn the same day and received my order days ago. This is not the first time Ive had shipping and receiving problems with this company. I doubt I will ever do business with them again and may end up having to do a cc charge back. Ridiculous

Went onto ammoby.com found the 9 mm ammo and It took me to a different website 2A warehouse I ordered on a Friday and received the ammo that Thursday Great quality

Ordered 1,000 rounds of ammo. Received a shipping confirmation two days later, but the product never shipped, the company failed to respond to multiple requests and finally had to dispute the credit card charge. Not a legitimate business. Go elsewhere.

Product shipped quickly (as usual) and showed up in great shape. Sleeves in case were sealed in plastic for extra protection. The Igman 5.56 M193 is a great choice, if you haven't tried it. Never have had feed or LPS issues and it's very consistent. It's a great choice, especially for the price - and you can't go wrong with 2A Warehouse!

I have not yet shot any of the ammo ordered (Winchester .45 ACP), but I am VERY happy with the speed and efficiency of ordering, processing, shipping, and receiving all of my order. Thanks 2A!!!

I ordered 200 rounds of 300 Blackout. I received 200 rounds of .223. I submitted a return. In three days they have yet to respond. I tried their online chat. As soon as they got my order number they ghosted me. These people are dishonest. It wasn't a big purchase, but imagine if it were? You'll never get my business again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY !!! Ordered Ammo in late July, it still has not shipped from 2A. Left numerous messages and finally received a call back saying parts of my order were not in stock. Still have not received any ammo or credits on my card. Now working with my credit card company to force a refund.

I received a partial shipment from 2A Warehouse, Balance due 130 rds.. Packing list had no source name. I've contacted this company twice since 7/29/22, to no avail. DO NOT UTILIZE< POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>

I bought their 115 gr brass reman and I was 100% satisfied. The ammo was very clean and fed and ejected flawlessly. I sho a couple hundred round with zero failures of any kind. Once I placed my order I waited a week for my to arrive.

If I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing the 5.56 M855 62gr green tip Winchester rounds I definitely would not have ordered from them. I had basically stopped at the Ammobuy certified seller icon. I'm realizing now that my experience was much better than described by others. First of all, I received an order confirmation with details within 24 hours, followed by a notification of shipment and thirdly a UPS tracking number. To my great satisfaction, the order arrived Wdenesday after only placing the order on Monday. That was incredibly expeditious for a ground delivery from Houston to Denver. As note by others, the external packaging was dirty but the bulk package contents was clean and as described, plastic bagging with Winchester brand label. The brass catridges themselves were head stamped LC 22, for Lake City 2022 date of manufacture. The brass were annealed and the primer pockets red-sealed. There was nothing to complain about with this order 6/20/2022, shipment was super fast, merchandise as described, communications were as expected, no reason not to recommend from my experience on this order.

They straight up lied about the order saying it was going to be delivered on time contrary to what the ups tracking said. After almost 2 weeks of bs, they said UPS lost the item. I verified UPS and they said that 2AWarehouse created the label but never sent the physical package. Unprofessional people who undermine the intelligence of their customers. I am taking my business elsewhere. Save your self some time and do the same.

I am a retired Chief of Police and have ordered ammo, weapons and accessories on line for many years and this was the worst experience I have every encountered due to 2A Warehouse lack of communication. I left 3 phone messages of which non were returned and sent 3 on-line contact messaging forms using 2A Warehouse System of which one was partially answered. They responded about the delay in shipment. My order apparently wasnt provided to UPS until the day before it was to be delivered. I dont think it would have shipped then if it wasnt for me contacting them. They failed to address the sale that started 7 hours after my purchase. I ordered the ammo at 12:12am May 25 and later that morning at 7:00am the ammunition went on sale saving about $30. I immediately attempted to call 2A Warehouse but their answering system stated leave a message - if needed we will get back with you. I also followed up with their on line contact form messaging system requesting the sale price or cancel the order and I will reorder since the sale started a few hours after I placed the ordered. On June 3rd after not getting a response from my voice message or my online message and not receiving the ammo on the date provided I attempted to contact 2A Warehouse again and received the same voice message - we will get back with you if needed. I sent another on line contact message as there was confusion from many emails from 2A Warehouse and UPS concerning shipment and arrival dates.

Ordered 420 rds of Winchester M855 (Order# 213340-1) but instead was sent 1000 rds of Igman .223 FMJ. 2A Warehouse completely screwed up my order and all email attempts (3 over a one week period) requesting the issue be rectified were ignored. I will never shop at a place that has such disrespect for the customer and now 2A Warehouse just got added to that list.

ordered 2400 rounds of ammo, only rec'd 1200 rounds. Sent numerous emails and have yet to even get a response! If you have staffing issues, I understand but have the decency to give a simple reply! I hate dishonest people!

Site says "most" instock orders ship next day. 5 days later order has not shipped. I have emailed multiple times with no response. If you call you get send to a voicemail. At this point, I think I'm going to have my credit card do a charge back. Why is it so hard to tell the truth on your website, or have any kind of customer service at all. Don't waste your time buying from this place. It seems like they are selling ammo they don't have in stock.

With all going on in the world, ammo is hard to find in my area. I am always worried about ordering online. However, 2AWarehouse has made me feel safe with them. I have ordered quite a few times in the last year and they always provide quick service, quick delivery and have always got what I ordered. Because of this, I have never had to call customer service but would expect nothing less than great help, if I needed it. Thank you for helping protect my family. I will be ordering again soon.

Good prices. Fast? shipping for these days I guess. However, when you check out you get this message - "Due to a higher than normal UPS damages/loss in transit Shipping insurance is automatically added to your order". I have some questions. 1 - Why reward incompetence and thievery (UPS) with continued business ? 2 - Is 2A Warehouse making a little extra money off this ? 3 - Why isn't my order insured without the extra charge? 4 - What is the extra charge ? It seems to be rolled into "Shipping Charge".

I was like wow you .30 ammo in stock best order it now then while you still have and you let me know it was ready for shipping the same day I order it was fast serves only took a week to get to me, have told few of my friend about you will order again very soon to.

I bought 2k rounds from them and they didn't send me purchase confirmation or anything. When I contacted them they said oh yeah here is your order we need some information... I don't think they have any idea what they are doing. Then it shows up. The box was full of loose rounds and looked beat to ****. I would say it was bad packaging, but some of the tula boxes were even stapled together! I emailed them and now of course they won't get back to me. Save yourself the trouble. Not to mention I have no idea if they shorted me rounds because it is such a mess.

I have zero complaints about 2A Warehouse. They got me my product ahead of anticipated time and at a very good price. They are on my list of preferred vendors to purchase 2A related merchandise from. Thank you folks for what you do and how you do it!

I Ordered a product. Got a tracking number but UPS said they never received. 1 week later I Ask 2A to replace since I was forced into insurance, they just refunded.

Not sure why tax is applied when I'm out of state. And shipping is double what some places charge. Thats $33 extra. Local is cheaper. I know they DGAF.

Attempting to purchase 1 box of ammo for $37. They want to automatically charge an additional $21 for "Shipping insurance? No, I did not purchase the product.

The fact that they're forcing insurance on shipping is a joke. there's no way as a company to justify nonsense like that...$25 to have one box shipped is a joke

The products I ordered came very quickly and the tracking was very good. I got exactly what I ordered.

I have not been able to shoot much of this ammo, however the stuff I have used is consistent and accurate. Had a small hiccup with shipping with a couple of bullets coming out of the brass, spilling powder everywhere. Contacted the company and Travis in Customer Service made it right. Good people to order from and I will be back for more.
